Initial Needs Assessment
We offer rapid and efficient assessments to determine the needs and the likely costs of the rehabilitation clients. The INA provides a specialised, goal-focused plan with clear objectives & measurable outcomes.
Case Management .
With a collaborative Rehabilitation Case Management approach, we design, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the necessary services to meet each individual’s needs. The client remains at the heart of their rehabilitation journey.
Everyday Support .
In addition to addressing the physical and mental aspects of rehabilitation, we support clients with various other needs, such as employer communication, family support, and education/assistance with benefits.
